Email contact@bebecards.app with the app version, iOS version, and a description of what happened. Do not include confidential situation text unless you choose to share it.
Purchases and restore
Open Saved, choose Restore Purchases, and confirm that the device is signed in to the Apple ID used for the original purchase. Purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds and billing questions can be managed through Apple's purchase support.
Apple Intelligence
On-device drafting requires a supported device, supported locale, Apple Intelligence enabled, and a ready system model. Reviewed-library matching remains available when drafting is unavailable.
iCloud sync
Confirm that iCloud Drive is enabled and that the same Apple ID is in use on each device. Sync timing is controlled by iOS and may not be immediate.
Accessibility
The app supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver labels, light and dark appearance, and reduced motion. Please contact us if a screen or control is difficult to use.
