Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BebeCards ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

BebeCards offers the following auto-renewing subscription plans:

• Monthly: $4.99 per month, billed monthly.
• Annual: $29.99 per year, billed annually. Includes a 7-day free trial for eligible users.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. License Grant

ProfileGetServices LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including photos, audio recordings, card labels, and card groups. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload content that is obscene, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any part of it.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from the App's Settings screen.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfileGetServices LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
