Overview
Phrases To Say: Life & Work is an iPhone communication-reference and practice app from ProfileGetServices LLC. It works without creating an app account. The app has no advertising, analytics SDK, cross-app tracking, or developer-operated server that receives your phrase library or situation text.
Built-in and offline content
The reviewed phrase, signal, drill, dialogue, case, and scenario libraries are bundled with the app. Library search and matching can work offline. We do not receive information about which built-in items you browse or practice.
Personal app data and iCloud
Favorites, custom entries, content overrides, ordering, last-viewed state, practice history, settings, and the complimentary-draft allowance are stored using Apple technologies. When iCloud is available, eligible personal app data may sync through your private iCloud database to devices signed in to the same Apple ID. Apple provides and operates iCloud; BebeCards does not operate or inspect that database.
Apple Intelligence and situation text
On supported devices and locales, you may request an optional response draft using Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework. The app sends the situation text to the on-device system model, not to ProfileGetServices LLC. Generated wording should be reviewed before use. If Apple Intelligence is unavailable, the app explains the limitation and keeps offline reviewed-library matching available.
Microphone and speech recognition
If a version of the app offers voice entry and you choose to use it, iOS will request microphone and speech-recognition permission. You can deny permission and type instead. The app does not retain microphone audio or send it to ProfileGetServices LLC. Apple's handling of speech services is governed by Apple's policies and device settings.
Purchases
The lifetime non-consumable purchase is offered and processed through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. The app checks Apple-verified transaction information needed to unlock or restore access and to respond to refunds or revocations. ProfileGetServices LLC does not receive your payment-card details. The app does not use a third-party purchase or subscription SDK.
Tracking and advertising
The app does not show ads, track you across apps or websites, or sell personal data. It does not use an advertising identifier.
Retention and control
You can edit or delete custom content and practice information using in-app controls. Removing the app removes its local container, subject to iOS behavior. You can manage iCloud storage and synchronization through Apple's device settings.
Children
The app includes parenting communication material for adults but is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy when app features or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
