Overview
Phrases To Say — Job Search is an iPhone communication reference and practice app from ProfileGetServices LLC. The app works without an account. It has no advertising, analytics SDK, cross-app tracking, or developer-operated server that receives your app content.
Your data stays on your device
Your custom phrases, favorites, tags, ordering, settings, practice history, and saved Conversation Match history are stored locally. The app does not sync this data through CloudKit or an app account. Device backups are controlled by your Apple settings.
Conversation Match and optional drafting
Situation descriptions are matched against the bundled phrase library on your device. Optional Apple Intelligence drafting also runs on device when supported and available. We do not send your descriptions or generated drafts to our servers or a third-party AI service.
Optional voice input
Voice capture requires microphone permission. Speech is transcribed on device using Apple’s speech features when available. Required language assets may need to be downloaded. We do not receive your recordings or transcripts. You can use typed input instead and revoke microphone access in iOS Settings.
Purchases
Apple processes the optional one-time Premium purchase through the App Store. The app uses StoreKit to verify purchase access and restore purchases. Apple processes the information needed for these services under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your full payment-card details, and the app does not use RevenueCat.
Sharing and support
Copying or sharing sends the content you select to your clipboard or chosen destination. The destination’s privacy practices apply. If you email support, we receive the email address and information you choose to include and use them to respond to your request. Avoid including private interview or employer information unless needed to explain an issue.
Your choices
You can edit or delete custom phrases in Library & Settings and clear conversation history in Conversation Match. Deleting the app removes its local app data; any device backups are managed separately through Apple’s settings. We do not sell your app content or use it for advertising.
This website
This policy describes the iPhone app. The BebeCards website uses Vercel Analytics for website usage measurement. Visiting this page does not give the website access to content stored inside your app. See the BebeCards website privacy policy for more information.
