Start a run
Open Finger Treadmill and tap Start running. Drag down on the belt to move it. Tapping without dragging counts a tap but does not add distance. Choose Woodway for a belt that continues coasting after a stroke.
Stored programs
Choose Stored programs for time, tap, or distance goals. Opening programs during an open run pauses it. Cancel to return, or start a program to save the open run and begin the goal from zero.
Units and distance
Tap the unit control or distance readout to switch between feet and meters. Distance estimates screen movement, not real-world walking. Open the speaker menu and choose Calibrate distance to match the on-screen guide to a ruler.
Records and sound
Open records from the top-right history action or the finish screen. Clearing records requires confirmation and removes their personal bests. Tap sounds can be turned on or off in the speaker menu.
Camera activities
Allow camera access for optional hand games in iPhone Settings. Keep your entire hand in view with good lighting and an uncluttered background. For Repeat After Me, record one clear movement ending in the starting pose. Repetitions may vary in speed and position, but should complete the same movement. If recognition is inconsistent, record again more slowly.
Delete local data
Clear treadmill history from Records. Other local settings and bests can be removed by deleting the app. Removing the app also removes its local data; device backups may retain a copy.
