Acceptance

By downloading or using Signals to Read - Cold Reading, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Educational Reference Only

The app provides educational material and practice for noticing observable behavior, comparing plausible explanations, and communicating respectfully. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, safety, hiring, security, or investigative advice and does not replace a qualified professional.

A cold read is a provisional hypothesis based on incomplete information. No gesture, expression, vocal change, phrase, or combination of cues proves emotion, intent, attraction, consent, deception, guilt, personality, diagnosis, or danger. You are responsible for verifying important interpretations and for making decisions appropriate to your circumstances.

Respectful and Lawful Use

You may not use the app to facilitate harassment, coercion, discrimination, stalking, intimidation, exploitation, unlawful surveillance, or other illegal or harmful conduct. Do not treat an app exercise or generated draft as permission, consent, a diagnosis, evidence of wrongdoing, or a substitute for direct communication and appropriate safeguards.

Free Access and Premium

The first five canonical entries in each bundled content library and user-created observations are available without a purchase. Lifetime Premium provides permanent access to the complete bundled libraries, unlimited supported on-device drafts, and content additions delivered through app updates.

Lifetime Premium Purchase

The app offers Lifetime Premium as a one-time, non-consumable App Store purchase. The price shown in the app is localized by the App Store and may vary by storefront and applicable taxes. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase. It does not renew automatically.

Verified purchasers retain Premium access subject to Apple's transaction, refund, and revocation policies. Customers with a previously purchased monthly or yearly subscription retain access through the verified paid entitlement period; those retired products are no longer offered for new purchases.

Restore Purchases checks for the lifetime purchase or an active eligible legacy entitlement on the current Apple account. Refunds, revocations, and other transaction matters are handled according to Apple's policies.

Your Content

You are responsible for observations, notes, and situations you enter. Do not enter content you do not have the right to use or sensitive information that is unnecessary for your purpose. You retain ownership of your content. The app processes it only to provide local organization, search, optional private iCloud sync, Talk It Out transcription, and optional on-device drafting features. Talk It Out audio is not saved.

Availability and Changes

Features may change, become unavailable, or depend on device compatibility, iOS version, Apple Intelligence availability, iCloud status, permissions, or App Store services. We may update bundled content and these terms as the app evolves.

Disclaimer and Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or a particular outcome. ProfileGetServices LLC is not liable for decisions, conversations, employment actions, investigations, injuries, losses, or disputes arising from reliance on a cold read or use of the app, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
