By downloading or using Phrases To Say - Intimate, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Communication Reference Only

The app provides example wording and speaking practice for consenting adults. It is not medical, legal, mental-health, relationship, safety, or emergency advice and does not replace advice from a qualified professional.

No phrase can guarantee consent, safety, agreement, or a particular response. You are responsible for deciding whether a phrase fits your circumstances and for respecting another person's boundaries, choices, and right to stop or change their mind.

Adult and Lawful Use

The app is intended for consenting adults. You may not use it to facilitate coercion, harassment, abuse, exploitation, unlawful conduct, or any sexual interaction involving a minor or a person unable to consent.

Free Access and Premium

The first five canonical entries in each bundled content library and user-created phrases are available without a subscription. Premium provides access to the complete bundled libraries, unlimited supported on-device drafts, and content additions delivered through app updates while the subscription remains active.

Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

The app offers monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscription plans. The price and duration shown in the app are localized by the App Store and may vary by storefront and applicable taxes. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase.

A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. Apple charges renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; Premium remains available through the end of the current paid period.

Restore Purchases checks for an active eligible subscription on the current Apple account. Refunds, billing retry, grace periods, revocations, and other transaction matters are handled according to Apple's policies.

Your Content

You are responsible for custom phrases, contexts, tags, and situations you enter. Do not enter content you do not have the right to use. You retain ownership of your content. The app processes it only to provide its local organization, search, sync, dictation, and optional on-device drafting features.

Availability and Changes

Features may change, become unavailable, or depend on device compatibility, iOS version, Apple Intelligence availability, iCloud status, permissions, or App Store services. We may update bundled content and these terms as the app evolves.

Disclaimer and Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of a particular outcome. ProfileGetServices LLC is not liable for decisions, conversations, relationships, injuries, losses, or disputes arising from reliance on example wording or use of the app, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
