Overview

Phrases To Say is a personal phrase library for storing, editing, organizing, and reviewing phrases you may want to use in pressured conversations. The app is designed to work without creating an app account.

Speech and On-Device Drafting

If you use Talk It Out, microphone audio is processed by Apple's on-device speech-recognition technology to create an editable transcript. Phrases To Say does not save the audio or send it to us or RevenueCat. Apple may download a speech model to your device before first use.

Optional Apple Intelligence response drafts and phrase matching are also generated on your device. Your situation text and generated draft are not sent to us or RevenueCat. Recent situation text is stored locally in the app until you clear the history or remove the app.

Phrase Library Data

Your phrases, contexts, tags, favorites, ordering, app settings, and usage counters are stored on your device. When iCloud is available, this app data may sync through your private iCloud database so it can be available on devices signed in to the same Apple ID.

We do not sell your phrases, tags, contexts, saved items, or app settings. We do not use them for third-party advertising.

Purchases

Lifetime Access purchases are handled by Apple and RevenueCat. Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase history needed to complete purchases, verify access, and restore purchases. This purchase data is used for app functionality and is not used for tracking.

RevenueCat does not store your phrase text, context, tags, or custom library content.

Tracking and Advertising

Phrases To Say does not show ads, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not collect data for third-party advertising.

Data Retention and Control

Local app data remains on your device until you edit it, delete it in the app, or remove the app. You can manage iCloud availability in iOS Settings.
