Restore a subscription
On the subscription screen, tap Restore Purchases. If you already have access, open Settings in Pause the Loop and use Restore Purchases in the Subscription section.
Manage or cancel
Open Pause the Loop Settings and tap Manage Subscription, or open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps access through the current paid period.
Tasks and activity
Custom tasks and activity records are stored on your device. They are not synced through an account or CloudKit. Deleting the app also deletes that local app data.
Pause the Loop does not block apps
The app is a self-initiated reset tool. It does not monitor Screen Time, detect other apps, or prevent you from opening them.
